hey guys, i have Windows XP pro, on a machine i use to work in 3D, has SLI 7800 GTX, sound blaster X-fi, 3 gigs of ram, Amd dual core 4400+ . just though id say that incase u guys need system specs. But the real problem is with my mouse, its a Logitech G5, i dont think the problem has to do with the acual mouse though. Some times it will just freeze, and it will stay froze until i press ANY key on my keyboard. And then after i press the button the mouse will move instantly to where it should have if it didnt freeze. really weid, so if you guys or gals have any information on this i wold really appreciate it. Its harder then hell to do work in maya when it freezes, so the sooner the better! -thanks a whole lot! -Mark-
might be your display, not your mouse (might not be refreshing?)... have you tried other mouses? how a bout a usb/ps2 mouse (opposite of what your using).
