Hey everybody, this is the only site I have really found helpful at all when it comes to my new ipod...so thank you very much! I needed to convert ALL the videos that I had for my ipod and after trying several (the audio wasn't in sync w/ the video, etc.) I finally found one to work, cucusoft! I was planning on purchasing it but I have run into a problem and desperatly need some help. Some of the videos I would like to put on my ipod are from my digital camera, they are mov files. Cucusoft works fine with converting other files but when I try to convert a mov file it says there is an error and wants to know if I want to send an error report. That is all the explanation I get and am wondering what to do. I know that once you get the paid version that there will be a help section but I don't want to buy it unless I can get these videos to convert. ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
To convert mov to iPod, you maybe need to install Quicktime player which can playback mov files. Download iTunes 6+quicktime Player package from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html Mov conversion works well for me. Try to convert following the guide in my sign.
