Hi, I'm looking for a way to add audio to a .MOV file without degrading the quality of the video (which will then be compressed to .FLV). Does anyone know a utility that can do this? Thanks Mike
Well if you are recompressing to flv, then I would say add the audio as you convert. That said you should be able to do it (add an audio stream to a .mov) with QuickTime Pro.
Thanks celtic_d, I was wondering about the possibility of upgrading my quicktime but I'd no idea that it could do this. That would be excellent. You also mentioned adding an audio stream when compressing the .mov file to .flv. So far, none of the software I've looked at seem to do that. Could you suggest one? Thanks a lot! Mike
You are converting to vp62 or just sorenson spark? Most of the free converters are ffmpeg based and therefor convert to sorenson spark. Also means that they accept AVISynth input as does the converter that comes with flash.
