Movie and Subs

    I have a movie file in .avi format. I'm going to convert this .avi to dvd format using VSO Divxtodvd. Then use dvd shrink and decrypter to burn. This .avi file has english sub files with it and I don't know how to add them to the .avi file and burn it. How do I add the sub files to the movie?

    Several possibilities

    1) get VSO DivxToDVD 2 that does subtitles
    2) use virtualdub to add subtitles
    3) use TMPGEnc to add subs to your .avi

    for 3) search posts by me as I posted how to do it in TMPGEnc like within the last couple of days.

    Hi there,

    VSO DivxToDVD currently support .srt Subtitle files.

    I have a few .SUB/.IDX

    I use VobSUB v2.23 to convert the .sub to .srt
    Then I was able to have subtitles in DivxToDVD v1.99.13

    When DivxToDVD v2.00 comes out, it should support .sub else it will in newer builds !
