I already have decrypted a movie onto my PC. The video files are now VOB format. What program/s would I need in order to edit the audio on the movie. For instance, if I wanted to cut out foul language.

Thanks in advance to all who reply.

I think that Womble and VideoRedo can edit the audio.
    http://www.womble.com/

But since they cost money, here's freeware that can do the same , step by step.
The DVD is separated into video and audio components.
The audio (AC3) part is converted to a form that Audacity can work with.
Use Audacity's 'Effects' to work on the naughty parts, and save it.
Convert the audio back to AC3 then combine the original video with the new audio.

PGCDemux - Demux the DVD (include video in output)
AC3Tool - Convert the AC3 file to WAV
Audacity - Load the WAV and adjust the audio.Save as a new WAV
WAV2AC3 - Convert the new WAV to a new AC3
IFOEdit - Remux the original video and the new AC3 to DVD
('DVD Author' > 'Author new DVD')
