Our church wants to make video files available on line for free download. I've never downloaded a movie, and don't know what formats are used--but the quicktime files created by our I.T. guys are not working well for most people. The videos are only about 20 minutes long and will need to be burned to DVD in the Latin American countries we are working with.

What software or formats should we be looking at that will work better than quicktime?

If you want to burn a DVD, it's better to use a mpeg2 format video file. Use Ulead DVD moviefactory or Womble mpeg video wizard dvd to create DVD.

Well, I'm not an expert in this field, just for your reference.
