After using CloneDVDMobile successfully to rip movies from DVDs (selecting the iTouch destination), dragged and dropped them into iTunes, and synced my device, I have started getting the "cannot copy because it is in the wrong format" message. At first I thought the movie was protected -- but it happens all the time now, regardless of title. What gives? I've updated both CloneDVDMobile and iTunes. Cannot understand the problem. Help!
hi You need to convert it to mp4. I am using Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate. Then I pick Ipod Touch and then it will convert my movie into the format that will work with the ipod touch. A nice and easy software to use. thank tony
