Movies i burn are stretched out of shape help!!! plz

    When im using tmpgenc plus i see the movie is stretched out of shape. the faces seem longer when i play it in the dvd player.how can i avoid this. im using virtual dub, tmpgenc plus and tmpgenc dvd author and nero express. someone please help me. If its possible please give me steps on fixing this. Thanks in advance. I hope im posting this in the right place.

    Software players are more resilient when it comes to video aspect ratio.
    If you put your input video through AviCodec or GSpot and post the info then I'm sure someone here can tell you how to convert and get the aspect ratio right so it will look normal on your stand-alone player.

    Make sure you include the frame rate, aspect ratio, audio and video codecs used, file types etc. and someone call tell you what software you need or how to set what you are using.

    Both AviCodec and GSpot are freeware so you should get them anyway. I use AviCodec every day.
