Movies wont play on DVD PLayer

I have three movies that wont play on my DVD player, but play fine on the computer. Any Ideas on how to get them to play on my DVD player?

What brand of DVD are you using?
What type of DVD are you using (DVD+ or DVD-, etc.)?
Does your DVD player support DVD+ and/or DVD-?
What brand of DVD burner are you using?
Is Your DVD burners firmware up to date?
What software are you using to burn DVD's?

That may answer my question if infact these other DVD's are in PAL format - (how can I tell?)

Supports both DVD+ and DVD-
LITE-ON DVD-RW SOHW-1673-S
Everything up to date
Use DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, Nero Buning Rom 6, Roxio Media Suite 8

I have about 100 other movies that play fine....just these three that don't
