When my last system drive failed (Windows 2000) I moved my operations over to a Windows XP drive. While all my other softwares transferred over (and work) just fine, I seem to not be able to move AnyDVD over. There appears to be no install.exe file in the folder. I've paid for AnyDVD twice now and would prefer not to have to pay for it again. Short of emailing SlySoft and pleading/begging for help, does anybody have any suggestions...thanks.
Not sure I understand but why would you pay for any program twice, are you not saving the key. If that's the case, contact Slysoft (begging/pleading not necessary) and get a copy and make sure it's for a copy with the lifetime update's, if that applies; think they changed to yearly in January. Reinstall AnyDVD and save the key.
Don't understand the twice payment either. If you lost your key, can contact their tech support and retrieve the key?
I have installed AnyDVD/CloneDVD dozens of times on my own PC systems. My keys are on a network drive and also on a USB stick in my desk drawer. If you lost your key, you should be able to get a free replacement/copy.
No need to contact them, retrieval of a paid product is as simple as entering your email address, the key will be sent.
