MOVING my itunes/library from one PC to another one!!! HELP

    hi i have a laptop with itunes, most of my songs are downloaded from bear share and they need to have the folder on the same pc as the itunes library is on
    i need to move my itunes library to my desktop pc, i really need help how to do it step by step, thanks
    ur help is really appreciated
    explain step by step cuz i get confused easily please
