It all depends on your Car stereo. if it can play MP3 CDs then yes, an MP3 CD made in Nero will play in it. But, if the CD Payer in your Car doesn't support MP3's then no... it can't lol. your stuck with normal CD's. or get an MP3 Discman, or MP3 player or somthing and get a Wireless audio transmitter, (like $15 American at Best Buy or Future Shop, Belkin is a good brand) and you can just play the CD to your Radio...
