I am using Nero 6.6.1.4. I am burning MP3 files from my hard drive to create CDs. I am now unable to rearrange the file order by simply draging files to a new position. Has the latest update altered this function or have I inadvertantly changed some settings? Thanks for any advice offered.
I did exactly the same as you last night and was wondering whats going on. Its because your creating a mp3 cd so whatever device you put it in to, they just play alphabetically you cant put them in order. You can put them in separate folders whichs makes it a little easy to navigate through them. You were getting mixed up with creating an audio cd which then you can move the files to where you want them to be play from.
Your version of Nero contains some bugs, I would recommend you uninstall it, run this clean tool to remove all remaining traces http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html and then install this older bug free version http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe
Thanks for your recommendation. I'll try the uninstall/clear method when I a have some time available for "fun." BTW, do you think Nero will correct the bug in the next upgrade or was this last upgrade a "hint" buy to version 7?
