Hey, just received an "chinese" mp4 player from my kids. I can transfer music from my pc to the mp4, but certain songs are simply not playing and "format error" is mentionned. can anybody tell me what I can do to fix this problem ??? thx
u need to format the player also u need to download a avm conerter( these ar not mp4 player but avm player not that the tell u ) remeber when u formate the player u will lose everthing stoerd on it so make a back up on hard drive u can search the web for mp3 player utileties 4.15 worked 4 me
