i just wanted to know if there is any way of puting a mp3 file onto dvd to play in a cd mp3 player or has it got to be on cd, just wanted to know if there is anyway to trick the cd player to think that there was a cd in instead of a dvd as dvd holds a lot more of tracks than a cd just curious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No sorry, don't think it will work. If your player is only for CDs then the laser will not be able to read from a DVD... it's a different frequency.
its not that the DVD is a different frequency than a CD, its just that the lines and pits on a DVD are many many times smaller than on a CD (which is why it can hold so much more data) and so a CD laser simply can't read the data on a DVD. so you're stuck to using CDs.
