I am trying to connect my MP3 player to my car radio with out transmitter. I want to directly wire it so it sends to audio through the car radios built in amp and then out to all the speakers. The radio has a built in tape player and I dont want to us the cassette that normally come with portable cd player because the sound is horrible. I am trying to wire it so when the tape player is activated I can us the MP3 player in its place. My main problem is that I cant seem to find the audio out wires that send the sound to the built in amp and then out to the speakers.

It is an older stock radio with built in tape player in a 92 saturn Ls1

All audio wiring that comes out from a cd/cassette player only goes out. I don't think it's possible for you to achive what you want to do without a mp3 trasmitter.
