I used cdex to convert mp3 files to wav files and then tried burning with Nero and I can't find the converted files. Only the MP3 files come up in the box. Where do the files go? I can't find them in MY Documents. I use Windows 2000 and Windows 98 they went into a converted file folder. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I wouldn't bother converting mp3 to wav as you will lose quality. Just stick with mp3.

    well you're partially right weaz...

you won't lose quality decompressing the file to wav, as its an uncompressed format. You would however lose quality if you converted that file back into an mp3 or other compressed format (mp3 > wav > mp3). Its like making a copy of a copy of a VHS...each generation is worse.

Having said that, you don't need to convert mp3s to wav to burn as an audio CD in nero...just drag the mp3s to the burning window and nero audtomatically converts them when it burns...

Thanks. I was using B's Gold 5, but then I lost everything on my hard drive and had to start over.
