    there anyway how to make audio music file smaller so i could fit more music into my mp3 cds is there any programs or something i can do

    well the short answer is to rip your CDs to a lower bitrate. but if all you have is the mp3s, its not recommended to convert your mp3s to another mp3. converting a lossy format to a lossy format will result in a serious quality loss. So if you have the original CDs, I'd recommend to just re-rip them at less quality.

    i download music out a limewire i want to make my music file smaller so i can store them on an mp3 cd

    well then your only option is to convert your mp3 to a lower bitrate mp3, but beware it will drastically reduce quality. Use dBPowerAMP (free) to convert.
