My wife is buying herself an iPod nano so I am looking for a good affordable MP3 site. Does anybody know if www.allofmp3.com is a legal site in the US. The site is based out of russia and the legal content section makes it seem legal in Russia but not sure if legal in US.
@theoipod Nope your wrong read this http://www.afterdawn.com/news/archive/7591.cfm You should check afterdawn News more often allofmp3.com has just been diclared Illegal.....I guess your just gonna have to stick with Itunes

@ theoipod theoipod, do you not find it would be more intresting to add you're opinion to you're post? You are permitted to post whatever you wish, (practically) but i'm assuming you're post did not help alpsig much. If possible please make you're posts more enjoyable to read(especially with you're status). Bunny_c
There is a legal free program that you can use to download mp3s that are compatable with the iPod. Im sure you've heard of it but if not it is called Limewire. I have it and it works great. I got the limewire pro for free (which is illigal, but i did download it from their home page) but anyways, lime wire works great for me so concider trying it, it's free. Hope this helped you!
Ummmmm no it's not.....It is only legal if the stuff you are downloading is Freeware and Unliscened.....Mp3's for free is Illegal
If the MP3 file from limewire says the song you wont to download is iscened it is legal, if not it is illegal. ~Domreis
