    Hello everyone,
I am new here and I just received an MP$ player, as a gift, the instructions on how to use it are so small I have to use a magnafying glass to read them, however, I cannot get it to play music, I downloaded from my Windows media player, I get messages from Windows media player saying, Music has been synced or loaded, I do not know how to operate this MP$ player, and if I cannot operate it, then I will give it back, does anyone have any suggestions, it has ear-buds, and a USB plug, it also comes with, built inside the device a ditital camera,FM radio,it records,, the screen is about 2.5 inches and the controls on the front read vol+ and vol- and symbols for forward and backwards, and pause its 2gb, it can use a SD card, I took it to Circuit city, and they couldn't figure out how to work it, and had never heard of it, it was made in Chine and the Model number is MP8100. I'm frustrated and need assistance, please help if at all possible. Thank you very much.

Chipods are usually crap. It is only a matter of time when they die. There is a site that can help you keep it alive if you are lucky. If I was you I would return it.

    Hi their:
Thanks for answering me, it was an MP4 player, I got as a gift, made in China, and I did send it back the next day, it was to much work and frustration, for a layperson like me. I want to Thank you, but I do not want one of those anymore, I'd just assume use my DVD portable player when I travel and my SUV has a 10 CD changer! I can watch movies on my DVD portable player as well or listen to the radio> It sorks like a charm and easier to operate!
    Thanks

Good move on the Chipod they are nothing but trouble. The last time I looked for a cheap name brand mp4 player for my 10 yr old I saw a 2 G Sansa for $32. That is the way to go. Returned 8G ipods go for $130. They are much better deals than the Chipods which are probably made from rejected parts.

Being old I can't watch the tiny screens for videos. I never use my ipod in my car and I only have a single mp3 CD player but that will hold 5-8 albums worth of music.

What mp4 flash players are great for is just to keep with you and you can listen to music when you are board. Dr's offices are great now for me.

    Hello Senior Member
I'm senior also, and my pension won't allow me to buy those types of things, so my grandkids get stuff like that for me. But like you said, I stick to tried and true, I'm okay with what I have, however, I do keep up with my computer stuff! Have a good Holiday weekend!
