please help !!! ..I found a Mp4 player, I charge it, when I try to copy my songs in to the mp4 then Error say "Cannot copy ......(name of the song): The directory or file cannot be created" I use Windows XP. what I should to do?? (my English language are very poor)
You are doing something very wrong. You are probably not following instructions. I bet you are not putting them in the correct place. You need to read the instructions. If you can not find the directions, try installing a free copy of Media Monkey on your computer and let that do the sync for you.
