Mp4 to avi converter question

    i have alot of cell phone videos that i have on cd-r's that i want to convert to avi and play in my standalone phillips dvd recorder. I did find a free program called prism, it copied the videos from disc to the folder on the hard drive c. When i clicked on the video after it was done, it played but there was no sound. in the settings i have it set to mp3 sound compressor. What do i need to do to get the sound copied with the video? thanks

    AlltoAvi will convert your videos to the format you want. AviDemux will probably do the same.
