I have a problem here. I have a lot of mpeg 2 files here that were originally analog captures. I wanted to burn these files to DVD but I did not have a dvd burner at that time but to save me some diskspace I allready converted the "raw" avi to a mpeg file with dvd settings. Problem is that I did not select an elemtary stream but a system stream. So I ended up with mpg files instead of a seperate file for audio(mpa?) and video(mpv?). How can I solve this?

    Hi Nilis,
You can use a stripped down version of TMPGEnc called TMPGEnc Source Creator.
You load your multiplexed mpegs and once you get to the Output Settings window just check the box to "Output video and audio as individual elementry sreams".

It's a simple, easy to use converter and worth having. I use DVD Lab which prefers demuxed streams as assets. You don't have as much control with this particular converter but if you just have simple things to do it works great.
