MPEG-2 Lags

    Hi guys,

    I just finished converting Napolean Dynamite (avi) to a mpeg2 w/ tmpgenc DVD Author and the movie lags. The first 3 sec's are ok, after that every other sec lags.

    Any clues on to why or how I can fix this?
