MPEG-2 to AVI

    I cant find a program to convert a mpeg layer 2 video to an uncompressed AVI, can anybody help?

    Uncompressed AVI?-) Do you have any idea how much something like YUV2 uncompressed video stream takes HDD space? One hour movie would require something like 40-120GB, depending on the color-depth and resolution.

    But DVD2AVI can do this.

    It's ok because they are only 3-5 second clips

    Ah, ok. As said, DVD2AVI can do it. Load the file and Save AVI.
