mpeg 3

alot of videos i download the audio format is mpeg 3 layer is there a software out there that when i burn the video to dvd i can convert audio to dolby digital or no

 

ffmpeggui, belight, are two.

 

i downloaded the first one ffmpegg ran it and saved audio output changed from mpeg 3 to ac3 now the only problem is how to i get that audio format to burn with video file to dvd the video file is stored in my download folder when i play it in properties it stll says mpeg 3 now where i saved the converted audio it just plays audio i see no video do i need a special software or i cant do that

 

What are you using to author the dvd?

 

nero recommend anything else

 

DVDLab.
You don't need to remux audio with video, and unfortunately Nero can't handle this.
Tmpgenc DVD Author can do it, but not as comprehensive as DVDLab.
