Mpeg 4 audio turns to spanish when converted

    I dont' know if this is in the right forum, but when I rip a dvd and convert it into mpeg 4 to put on my ipod, the files sometimes are converted in Spanish! I am using total video converter. 2 files will be in english and i'll get one in Spanish. What can I do to only get the same file in English?
