Does any one have any idea about - how much time does Nero 5.5.10.x takes to burn MPEG files into SVCD format?
For AVI it takes about 4-6 hours easily. Any and all the help will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks

Thats because you allow nero to do the re-encoding for you. If you use another program to encode first and then use Nero just to burn the already encoded file, it should burn in a few minutes! The encoding would still take a long time though!

Thanks Dela for the reply, but is it not that MPEG is already an SVCD format! And if that's the case then shouldn't it be done in few minutes.

It has to be encoded to an SVCD standard!! or else nero wilkl attempt to re-encode it!
