I have Easy CD Creator Platinum. And I used the TMPGEnc. But in easy cd creator it wouldn't let me create a vcd after I had encoded it into an mpeg. Any help would be most appreciated.
You'd be better off with Nero Burning Rom, also when you encoded to mpeg with TMPGEnc, did you create VCD???
