I just downloaded red dragon it is in mpeg format how do i convert it into vcd format to play on my dvd
It depends if its in MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format and what is the resolution of the clip. Most likely it is already in either SVCD or VCD format -- if its resolution is 480x480/576, it's most likely MPEG-2 and SVCD, if its resolution is 352x240/288, it's most likely to be VCD already.
