I have an mpeg file with the srt subtitles and I want to make it into a VCD. How can I do this and is it going to make a file bigger than 700Mb? The original mpeg is 698Mb already.
    Thanks.

The original mpeg can be larger than 700MB because the video files that ends up on the cd is smaller than the original. Just stay under 80 minutes and it should work. The video sound like it should be the same size if you re-encode with the subs included.

Sorry I can't really help you there because I've never included subtitles. I know there is a subtitle option in Cucusoft Converter but I don't know how to use it.
