I have a question about when I'm converting MPEG files to VOB-files, is there anyway that I can covert them to a lesser size than, normally for me 1024MB per 30 min? I want to convert it from a 600MB MPEG-file to a 600MB VOB-file if that is possible, just answer if u know a program or a method to convert files to lesser sizes when they're converted to VOB-files!

    Thanks!

Well if the Mpeg file is DVD Compliant then it should not Gain any Size when Going from Mpeg to VOB because VOB files are Just Mpeg files with slightly different Header Information....

If your Mpeg file uses any of these Resolutions:

    352+240 NTSC/ 352+288 Pal
    352+480 NTSC /352+576 Pal
    480+480 NTSC /480+576 Pal(When authored with DVDLab)
    704+480 NTSC /704+576 Pal
    720+480 NTSC /720+576 Pal

Then you can author it Directly to DVD without any Considerable Increase in File Size but you have to author the files to DVD useing a Proper DVD Authoring program Like "DVDLab pro".....

    Cheers
