I have 2 movies one on 2 cd's and the other on 3 CD's. The problem I have is that I cannot drag the AVSEQ01.MPG files from the CD to my hard drive. When I try I get an error when it's nearly complete stating it cannot read file. This is the same case for all 5 CD's and the file size is almost 800MB which leads me to think someone has done this purposly to try to protect the CD. Anyone else come across this or have a solution I would be very greatful because I want to try to convert them to DVD. PS They play perfectly and the whole cd can be duplicated with clone, I just can't do anything else with the mpegs.
Just tried VCDGear but the files I am having problems with are MPEG2. I tried anyway with VCDGear to convert mpeg > mpeg to see what happens but the end result just plays a screen of rubbish. I played around with the settings on VCDGear (Nothing to loose) and on 1 occasion got an error "Incorrect pack size" with the mpeg. I just thought that there may be some program out there that has allowed someone to burn the cd and report a false file size but maybe the job wasn't done right in the 1st place. (Just a coinsidence that the 5 cd's are the same)
