i have about twenty 100 to 200mb mpeg2 files i want to burn a dvd. They were captured at 352 by 576 / 25 fps but turned into mpeg2's by studio 8 at 720 by 576 @ 6000 kb per second (supposedly dvd quality) I want them as separate chapters thankyou phil
You should be able to do that with studio 8. I am not to familiar with studio 8. I have done it with ulead movie factory 2. In mf2 you just set it to make each new clip a new chapter should be kinda same in s8.
Yes Unlead will do the job. Did it too myself. Just load your Mpeg2 file into Unlead. Set the output on DvD. Unlead will make a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS structure itself. If you want you can make a Menu yourself. Its nice trying that once. Works fine.. Burn with Nero.
Thanks for the tips and yes studio 8 is supposed to burn to dvd but it reports 4.5 gig worth of files as about 8.5 gig ahead softare have a program called nero express vision and a mpg2to dvd pluggin so for about $75.00 us (49 / 24 ) problem solved albeit not really happy with the fact it seems to drop some frames in the encoding resulting in jumpy motion ( not always apparant ) least it works thanks
DVD Architect would do a lot better job but costs a considerable amount more than figures stated above. http://www.sonicfoundry.com/support...amily=DVD+Architect&TopicID=141&DetailID=1503
