   how do I do this? I want to edit the mpegs first and then combine them and use shrink and the create a dvd with menu and chapters and all that. What programs are going to give me what I want....?N E 1's help is appreciated.....

   tmpgenc dvd author will load dvd compliant mpeg2 and make menus
