MPG Converting Error?

    I'm trying to convert some .vob/.mpgs to .avi. I've used virtual dub forever and I've never run into a problem like this. When I go to upload the clip into virtual dub I get:

    Then I ran the file through MPG corrector, and when I went to upload the file into virtual dub I get this error:

    Do you have any suggestions? I thank you all in advance!

    I'll have to look then, but pardon my ignorance on the matter, but where would I find the plug in?
