Use the 'Standard' setting for PAL/NTSC.
Use 'Aspect' for the type of TV screen, 4:3 standard or 16:9 widescreen.

    http://dl.afterdawn.com/vsoDivxToDVD_setup_v0.5.2b.exe
Import the file(s) (AVI, WMV,MPEG, VOB)
Output (standard DVD file format) to a folder on the HDD.
Set 'Aspect' to 4:3 (if you have a regular tv)
Set 'Standard' to NTSC (if you live in North America)

    This program rocks...

I get this NTSC/PAL problem when I bought new ATI AIW X800 GT from eBay. They sell me it in PAL-version but none drivers and so on didn't fix that thing that it records only NTSC standard video (and analogic didn't work) so it's hard to right standard video then.

The vob files are a type of mpeg.
The folder can be played using the PC's media player or the folder can be burned to a DVD disk as a movie.
Is there a particular reason that you need the files in MPEG?

Have you checked out ATI support for drivers?

Yes I know that VOBs are MPGs but I need files to be real mpg so I can edit them if nessessary and so on. I have experince about DVD:s from year 98 and I have maked many of them but I really need only program to convert MPGs from NTSC to PAL with so I can put files to PAL DVD...

I have tryed to get/test/"¤%&&"¤&/¤%"! ATI drivers but if nothing else (cards are fine) AIW drivers sucks so bad, newest ATI drivers don't install because 'no hardware what can use drivers'... I have writed about this thing in http://www.rage3d.com/board/showthread.php?t=33892531

MediaCoder is also good program. I think that Super & Mediacoder needs easy SVCD/VCD PAL/NTSC buttons where size of picture is automaticaly selectable and frm/sec is also (with PAL/NTSC selecting).

This Super seems very nice program but my first coding went wrong and player did not play it... Must learn more. Thanks.
