Ok- I have a file that is MPG it says it was SVCD but I used the convertor to get it to MPG the AVIMPGConvertor file I used DVDPatch to put it into NTSC which it didn't do and I tried Divx2DVD to Force NTSC but get an Integer Overflow error halfway through. I tried DVD-Lab states that the file is PAL I need it to get into NTSC I tried Nero Vision Express and TmpGENC DVD Author so far nothing. Any help Thanks.
