    Well, it was bound to happen eventually.
    I've been banned.

    Recently played games include GTAIV episodes and Dragon Age.
    At least it happened a few weeks before my Live subscription got renewed. :\

    i just thought of something, since the original games have the security info around that ring, and burnt have it on a layer. so couldnt xbox tell by the drive laser postion, like if its not in the spot same spot as the original.

    maybe impossible but just a thought

    Quick question. I bought MW2 at gamestop today. think its ok to play? i know it comes out Tuesday or whatever and i bought legally. But i do have a modded console and im afraid to bring more attention to myself. Any thoughts?

    Nov. 07 8pm
    Finally BANNED. Lock in today and the console was banned.
    Ixtreme benq 1.6

    Play both legit and backups never early copies during the last 8 months. All games are ABGX verified. Probably got flagged last year.

    Oh well, Now I have to change my pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 from Xbox360 to the PS3 version.

    Just did a connection test and banned. System is running the summer update and nothing newer. Played nothing other early and played nothing that wasn't stealthed.

    US, My nephews are staying over for the weekend was playing COD5:WAW map pack2(ABGX verified) and Halo 3 ODST legit copy this morning fine, go out for few hours and came home turn on the box and Banned. Kids are pissed but they can still play offline or online with the PS3. F*ck, I still got eight month LIVE left.

    US and Cannada most likely. Less people are getting banned in Europe.

    I'm going to get a new console, mod that and use nothing but games that are verified and stealthed. No slip-ups. If I get banned on that, then I am done with the flashing.

    I can confirm there reading the firmware from the drive. Just modded my friends elite, connected to live,and surely enough, got banned the next day. It was a benq, ixtreme 1.61.

    And you never used a single burned disc in it? Not even to test it, eh? How did you make sure you even flashed it correctly?

    It seems like we are all screwed now because this ban wave is bigger than last year. Microsoft can now detect firmware.. i knew this day would be coming.

    If that is true then theres nothing stopping microsoft from banning everyone with a modded box. If they had the capibuilty to read firmware they would ban everyone in one fail swoop, to send a message about pirating and what not.

    Think about how many people have modded boxes. Just because they haven't banned everyone all at once doesn't meant they cannot detect the hacked firmware.

    I think some people at xbox-scene.com have found something :O So what happened was that a guy who got banned rechecked his all of his game iso files. They were all verified successfully. But when he ran them through abgx when they were on the disk(after they were burned) 3/4 of them failed verification. Another banned guy tried this and it was true for him. I urge everyone to recheck all of your games through abgx. Dont run your iso's put your actual disk in the tray than scan.And i have not been banned yet and pray to god i dont.

    Put in a burnt copy of ncaa football 10, just so it says "play game" on teh dash.
    lol, theres so many banned consoles on craigslist
