MS Office 2003 Product Key Problem

    my computer recently got infested with trojans, so the only solution i could use was to backup my data and reformat my whole drive...now i'm reinstalling ms office 2003 and when it came for the product key, i entered in the letters and numbers on the back of the case...and it said the key was invalid...any ideas?

    Please do not tell me to get office 2007 of to get any illegal "crack" or anything

    Make sure you entered the number correctly. Caps lock is on and all digits are exactly as it says on the pack. If still no luck ring microsoft and ask them to activate it over the phone.
