msn chat box

    hi could anyone pls help i have had to reformatt my laptop got windows 7 on it i downloaded msn 9 as i dont like msn 2011 but when i sign in the chat box isnt coming the screen when i click onto it but when i go to see wot pages r open and go to click on the chat box nothing happens pls help me thanks

    Did msn 9 work before with the chat box on windows 7 before you reinstalled?

    yeh it did work with windows 7 before i had to have it reformatted the box is there on the bottom bar when i try to chat to anyone it doesnt come up
