multiple AVI files: XXX.avi.0 XXX.avi.1 XXX.avi.2

    I have been DL files with extensions like ABCDEF.avi.0 ABCDEF.avi.1 which seem to be part of a compressed group usually in a group of 8 files or something but cannot be opened by WinRAR or Winzip and cannot be transfered or opened by any programs I know of.

    Any idea how to open these?

    Right click on XXX.avi.0, and click Extract here.

    When I right click on these files it does not give an option to extract only to compress which leads me to think these are not compressed files but perhaps fractions of an .avi file. Does anyone know how to marry them or get these to open?

    Open WinRar first, then navigate to the folder/files and try Extract To.

    google "download hacha" and use it for merging the files:)
