    Hi,
After finishing downloading a show, through torrent. The folder it created has what seems to be 49 zipped copies of the same avi file. So far I have unzipped parts 1, 2, & 49 and played them. So far, all 3 are the same.
Is there a reason for this, or should I just delete the other zipped avi file?

Probably you have a set or rar archives. .rar, .r00, .r01, etc. or part01.rar, part02.rar, etc. Each is just a part, not big enough to contain the entire file, but they are all linked. Guess whatever you are using to unpack is smart enough that when you extract part 49, it starts from part 1. Unpack and when you are done seeding, delete or the archives.
