Multiple Folder Burning Problem

hi...i have three folders containing DVD files (BUP, IFO and VOB)and i want to save space on my blank DVDR disc by combining them before the burning process begins (each folder is approx. 525-530 mg in size). i use nero 6.0.12 and have DVDShrink 3.2 at my disposal if needed. i used winAVI to convert and my blank dvds have a 4.7gb capacity.

i've searched just about everywhere to try and find joining or adding tutorials, but to no avail.
