alright i have a bigger hdd installed in my modded xbox. i want to put to hdds, one stock and one bigger, that way i can go on live without getting banned. is there a way to put multiple hdds in one xbox, without having to remove the dvd drive? and will i get banned even if i have my mod chip turned off and everything?
A.) If chip, softmod, etc is all disabled and nothing obtained or used with the mod is used, you really should be fine, as for banning. B.) There are a TON of tutorials on multiple drives here, just search for XBox HDD. I can verify this, because I've replied in a lot of them. LLama sells a very useful IDE cable to connect up to three HDDs and the stock dvd drive, it's very useful.
You could get something like this: http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/dd-xb-xtender.html This lets you add 2 more HDD's to your Xbox, making it a total of 3. You can select the HDD's using the DVD Remote for the Xbox.
