Hi folks, I've recently gotten a burner [Pioneer 106D ] and I've been playing with the reauthoring features of DVD Shrink. All good, and got the hang of it pretty well for your average DVD movie. However, there are certain movies where DVD Shrink reports the "Main Movie" as being comprised of multiple titles. The title sizes can range anywhere from a few megs to a few gigs, and in some cases all titles put together without compression would have a combined size of over 20 GB! Since this physically can't be the case, I'm assuming that these titles either overlap each other in some way, or are simply the same video referenced under different names. My question is how can I figure out which of these title(s) I need to back up to retain the main feature? Cheers, mers
Usually, when that happens it is because there is a fullscreen and widescreen version on the dvd. You can just choose the version you want.
Here's a post from another site that deals with exactly the same issue: http://forum.digital-digest.com/archive/topic/23806-1.html You guys have any more input on the subject? i.e. a better way to know what title corresponds to what?
