My jukebox pops up a window saying that "LOGGING AND TRACING MANAGER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE" . I tried to reinstall the software but same thing happens again. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks
I am also having problems with Jukebox (Versions 9 and 10) The programme starts and closes down in a few seconds. I've reinstalled and done all the support people tell me to do without success. Version 8 runs OK. Any ideas? - I've paid for lifetime upgrades so maybe some day I'll get beyond Version 8.
This problem encountered on my machine too whenIi installed musicmatch 10 for the first time. After I restarted the system (as musicmatch suggested) the problem was gone. What can you say. MICROSOFT!
