I have just begum using cinemacraft encoder and since i usually shall be using VBR encoding i am forced to accept elementary streams of audio and video.
My questions in this regard are

    (i) How come cinemacraft encoder itself does not possess the function of multioplexing the file it itself outputs?

(ii) What tool can i use to mux together the audio (mpv) and mpa streams into a program mpeg file for editing and burning?

(iii) I have the option of stripping th audio as a wav file. Which utility will allow me to multiplex the elementary mpv video file and the auio wav file?

I don't use CCE but if you can't use VBR with program's (video and audio) and encode to mpg, I would think something's wrong. TMPGEnc DVD Author will mux your files for you or lot's of other authoring program's will. Not free but lot's of guides around, IfoEdit is free and should do to. As for wav, don't know but I usually make a wav prior to encoding and use it for the audio, CCE should as well if you wish to.
