Have recently purchased MX 3 running fine until couple days ago started receiving Russian Popups and random New Apps Popups. Reloaded Kodi but don't think that's the problem as these Popups appear at Main Page level? Randomly no pattern. Rebooted system multiple times, tried unchecking various notification's and I can't seem to delete Show Box ...buttons aren't highlighted to Force Stop or Uninstall which I think is where Popups came from. Any help will be greatly appreciated
Your on the right track removing add-ons , showbox only shows ads when your in it so I don't think it's that. it may be better to uninstall all apps you don't need if your only going to use kodi then strip your android box right down to bare minimum
Thanks and did what you suggested been working fine ever since reformatting and uninstalled ShowBox jus to be safe.
