How do I go about fixing this? Each of the files are about 5 gigs and just one won't fit on my 16 gig USB Flash. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to the fact that Fat32 devices have a 4 GB limit for the size of any one file?
If so, (on a Windows PC) the device has to be converted to the NTFS format - which might be a problem if you plug the device into something that wants to see Fat32 (perhaps a DVD player).

Well I did not know that. I checked my USB and its FAT and I'm also trying to put the vid on my PS3. So how do I convert my USB from FAT to NFTS?

Does the PS3 even read NTFS?

I just confirmed that the PS3 doesnt read NTFS so what I need to do is split the HD VOB or M2TS file. Any good apps for doing this?
